oy.lc is a generic SLD (Second-Level Domain) created and administered by yours truly, Changaco.

"oy.lc" isn't really supposed to mean anything, in case you were wondering.

I haven't put in place an automated system for the registration and configuration of oy.lc subdomains, but you can send your requests by email to changaco at changaco.oy.lc.
